Vetafarm Nutriblend Mini Pellets are a complete and balanced diet formulated for small companion birds such as princess parrots, plum heads, bourke parrots and cockatiels. Made with fresh Australian produce, they provide the essential vitamins, minerals, calcium and amino acids needed for growth, optimal feather development and overall health.

Feeding guide
  • Pellet diet should comprise 80% of daily intake, supplemented by 15% vegetables/fruit and 5% treats (nuts/seeds)
  • 50g Bourke Parrot: minimum 5g pellets daily
  • 60g Plum-headed Parakeet: minimum 6g pellets daily
  • 100g Cockatiel: minimum 10g pellets daily

Ingredients: Whole grains (corn, wheat, soybean), soy protein isolate, oat fibre, vegetable oils, and natural organic acids, amino acids (lysine & methionine), vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, B12, C, D3, E, H & K), choline, minerals (calcium, cobalt, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, sodium, sulphur and zinc) & fruity flavours (apple, blueberry & raspberry) and colours (102,124, 133).

How to introduce

Even the tastiest new food deserves a gentle introduction. Blend it with your pet’s current food over 7–10 days, gradually increasing the new and easing off the old. Cats and sensitive tummies often appreciate an extra week or two — and if anything seems off, slow things down and check in with your vet.
